Citrus Landing Pad

At the corner of Van Buren and Arlington in Riverside, CA is a site of a former K-Mart now redesigned and repurposed with a new look and name – Citrus Landing. The project consists of transforming a vacant 90,000+ SF K-Mart into national tenants’ spaces for Stater Bros. Market, Ross Dress for Less, and AutoZone. Additional façade remodels were done on two existing pad buildings, one of them being home to Panda Express and other tenants that quickly filled up the space. This façade remodel coupled with new landscaping, hardscape, and lighting throughout the site add vibrance to this major corner and the community.
