Marina Pacifica Waterfront Retail

Mid-20th century style retail commercial center in Los Angeles, CA, designed by MMA Architecture. This 25,000 sqft urban infill project, situated on 75,000 sqft of land, features a 16,000 sqft specialty market, 9,000 sqft soft goods retail, and restaurant spaces. The design emphasizes an urban feel with a primary facade along Fairfax Avenue and a pedestrian-friendly paseo and courtyard linking to 3rd Street parking. Traditional Japanese Ramen Shop Design in Torrance, CA by MMA Architecture. 1,300 SF space featuring full kitchen with back-to-back cooking hood and equipment layout. Includes ramen isolation booths, bar seating with individual dividers, and four-seater group dining booths. Openable tempered glass windows provide private service.
