The Claremont Village Expansion includes the redevelopment of an entire city block in Claremont, CA, adjacent to the existing retail shopping “Village” that forms the retail / commercial core of the city. Comprised of eight buildings and a new urban square, the Village Expansion includes retail, office, cinema, and a boutique hotel. The buildings are designed to reflect a variety of architectural styles and includes two and three-story massing, with upper-level balconies and pedestrian “paseos.” Design by Tolkin Architecture.
