This project was envisioned as a Net Zero Energy and LEED-certified building, reflecting City National Bank’s commitment to environmental responsibility and innovation.

The building’s minimalist aesthetic reinforces a sense of simplicity and clarity. Expansive storefront glazing on the northwest and northeast facades maximizes natural daylight, significantly reducing the need for artificial lighting during the day. Deep overhangs on these sides provide passive solar shading, minimizing heat gain during warmer months.

The branch offers City National Bank customers a full range of services, including personal banking, a walk-up ATM, and a drive-thru ATM—seamlessly combining sustainability, technology, and user-focused design.
