MMA worked with the Client to develop a new 4,500 square foot ground up, two tenant, pad building with a drive thru. Scope of work included the new building, with provisions for the Habit and Wing Stop tenants; the drive thru lane for Habit; a new trash enclosure: surrounding parking, an accessible path of travel to the public right of way and existing shop building; and new landscape.
