Located at the SWC Ximeno Ave and Atherton St. in Long Beach, CA. This project consisted of a demolition of the existing building and transformed into a ground-up Starbucks with a contemporary design.  MMA designed the redevelopment of a former 21,400 SF retail site into 6,450 SF multi-tenant quick-serve restaurants, with Starbucks as an anchor tenant with drive-thru accessibility and an outdoor patio with a steel trellis to complement the contemporary design. The site plan incorporates EV charging stations, standard and accessible parking, and efficient circulation to support drive-thru traffic.
