MMA’s design approach embraced a clean, contemporary aesthetic—highlighted by strong linear forms, projecting canopies, and louvered awnings accenting the tower elements. A mix of materials, including composite wood siding and linear wall tile, enhances the architectural identity of the center.

Anchored by national tenants such as The Habit, Chipotle, and Blaze Pizza, the project has reenergized this high-traffic intersection. Outdoor patios with tensile shade structures provide inviting spaces for customers to enjoy Porterville’s climate. Each tenant space was planned with tailored utility requirements, ensuring seamless operations upon occupancy. Delivered on schedule, the project quickly reached near-full lease-up upon completion.
