Located in the NWC of Tyler St and Diana Ave in Riverside, CA. MMA worked on this commercial project with two multi-tenant buildings. One building is 15,000 SF, re-demised interior space for future tenant spaces. The second building is 10,000 SF ground up building for multi-tenant quick service restaurant spaces emphasizing flow adaptability, and customer accessibility. There is an outdoor patio with an overhead steel trellis to complement the contemporary design of the buildings.
