Located along the Ventura Boulevard corridor in Studio City, the existing ground floor and basement building was constructed in 1962 (approx. 33,680sqft) the building was a multi-tenant use, with gym uses and many other re-iterations over the last 60 years. MMA provided a full conversion of the building for a New Sprouts Market (23,891sqft). The building underwent a new façade remodel, to provide Sprouts “prototype façade design” along with faced upgrade for the remaining shop buildings. The building also had utility upgrades to meet Sprouts requirements and to accommodate future food tenant uses adjacent to Sprouts including CAVA Grill. The existing site areas were improved to provide a new parking layout, planters, outdoor patios, new trash enclosure, & ADA accessibility from public ways.
