Located in the corner of Del Amo Circle W & Hawthorne Blvd., and the commercial centerpiece Del Amo Crossing, this building compliments the center’s office tower, medical center building and abundant mixed-use of retail spaces.   MMA was involved in the Design and Construction of this great American casual dining restaurant located at Torrance, CA. The use of unusual massing of block forms, mix of materials like plaster, poured concrete, Ipe wood siding, metal wall panels, and steel canopies with tapered steel columns as well as varying storefront heights were incorporated in the overall building façade design.  Cutting edge wall insulation system, Dow’ Thermax panels were also used in the building.
